Annual Community-Wide Garage Sale Friday & Saturday, October 9th & 10th | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

 

We're excited to announce our Annual Community-Wide Garage Sale—and this year, it's a two-day event!

If you have treasures tucked away in your attic, garage, or kitchen cabinets that you’d like to sell, now’s your chance! Please sign up at the front desk to participate so we can include your home on the official list.

 

Deadline to Sign Up: Tuesday, October 6th by 12:00 PM

  Here's How It Works: A list of all participating homes and their addresses will be available at the front desk on Wednesday, October 8th. On the morning of the sale, place the HOA-provided balloon on your mailbox to indicate you are participating. Set up your items in your garage or on your driveway by 9:00 AM each day. Try to wrap up by 2:00 PM—and hopefully sell out!  

 

Participation Fee: There is a $5.00 fee per household to help cover the cost of an extra security guard at the gate.

 

Security Note:

The Sheriff will patrol the community to ensure all visitors exit promptly after the event each day. The front gate will be the ONLY point of entry for outside visitors.
